FreeBalance’s Vice President of Sales, Marcos Peano, joined Costa Rica’s Minister of Finance, Nogui Acosta Jaén, and our partners Computer Network Systems (CNS), to celebrate the formal kick off of the Sistema Integrado de Administración Financiera y Talento Humano project in Costa Rica.

In front of a large audience, both in person at the University of Costa Rica, and online via a live stream, a series of presentations from members of the joint project team shared plans for the programme of work, and expected benefits.

The Sistema Integrado de Administración Financiera y Talento Humano project will transform the country’s financial planning, budgeting, public expenditure, accounting, human resource management, reporting and treasury functions, creating a new, citizen-centric, digital-by-design Ministry.
