Uganda
The Government of Uganda leverages the FreeBalance Accountability Suite™ for its Integrated Personnel and Payroll System (IPPS) which manages HR and payroll for the entire civil service. The implementation resulted in the elimination of over 14,000 ghost workers.
Timor-Leste
